PROFILE & INFRASTRUCTURE
RunCentral servers and equipment are owned, operated and managed by RunCentral. This equipment is in a data center located in downtown Miami. It is one of the leading providers of communications services in the Miami market. Its facility houses the densest aggregation of communications service providers in the Southeast. Miami boasts one of only five U.S. Tier 1 network access points. This confluence of physical networks plus its geographic location, make it a strategic domestic communications hub and an international gateway to Latin America.
Our Data Center is a premier communications hub that makes network interconnection, circuit aggregation and grooming and equipment collocation fast, easy and secure. Service providers and enterprise customers have on-net access to over 300 communications networks, making it possible to buy and sell services ranging from local and long-distance voice, to metro access and long-haul data transport, to private line, Internet peering and international conversion services at a fraction of the traditional costs.
Our facilities contain the highest number of carriers and densest aggregation of network access points in a given market. Customers can extend their reach even further with Market On-Net, which links our Data Center with the other top telecom properties in and between metro markets and strategic regional communications hubs.
Through our center, we offer the caliber of quality, reliability, redundancy and customer support demanded by the industry leaders we serve. Each site is engineered to provide a secure environment for mission-critical networks, including robust power, backup support systems and one of the most rigorous ongoing maintenance schedules in the business.
DATA CENTER FEATURES
• Security and Surveillance - Security guards on-site, 24x7x365. Electronic key cards, biometric hand scanners and security guard ID checks control facility access. The center's exterior and interior spaces are locally monitored by closed circuit video surveillance and all video is recorded and digitally archived.
•Technical Support Services - On-site technical support services staffed 24x7 by professionals with extensive experience and expertise in hosted solutions. In addition, all customer equipment in the data center is continuously monitored by the company's centralized Hosting Network Operations Center (NOC). Issues are reported directly to FNSCOM. FNSCOM.COM performs independent monitoring of its equipment.
•Fail-Safe Power Supply - Redundant uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems ensure continuous operation of customers' business-critical equipment. In the unlikely event of a power grid disruption, emergency battery power kicks in immediately, backed by redundant on-site generators.
•Total Climate Control - Industrial strength environmental control units chill the facility's interior to offset heat generated by Web server cabinets to assure maximum equipment performance.
•Performance Guarantees - The Data Center stands behind its services by providing service level agreements (SLAs) including the industry's first six-point Internet co-location guarantees that cover installation, network availability, outage notification, backbone latency and network packet delivery, and uninterrupted power.
